Marvellous, unbeatable location nearer to the beach. Airy units with a fab cooked breakfast.

Comfortable and perfect location, just a short walk from the beach. Good area with restaurants and bars short walk from the hotel.

The location is good and unbeatable and it is not far from the beach and Hayling Island golf course, the island after struggling to find a taxi and the restaurant on the 1st night.

We ate at a very comfortable restaurant with great food.

Old-fashioned hotel with attentive staff on shift. Variety of appetising options for meal. Absolutely perfect location nearer to the beach in a particularly good area. 10 minutes walk to Funland Amusement Parks.  

We had a very enjoyable stay in this nice looking and pleasant hotel. Brand-new units in resturant very good breakfast good, we appreciated it. The location was excellent, nearer to the beach, the garden was lovely. Café Surf Shack Cafe located

Fabulous old-fashioned hotel for 1 night in South Hayling. The king room with VERY GOOD BREAKFAST GOOD, modern walk in shower plus a full kitchen. Comfortable decor. Convenient location, attentive team on shift. Restaurants and 

Totally very enjoyable stay for a wedding. Clean hotel in a really nice building close enough to other restaurants and pubs as well as garden or bar tables for breakfast. Lovely and appetising food. Excellent location within 

The suite didn't seem appealing on photos but it was a nice size for kids to run around. The location was convenient and absolutely perfect and we were short walk from restaurants and bars.

Updated and large units available with VERY GOOD BREAKFAST GOOD.

Lovely old fashioned hotel, amicable staff in all areas, everything was very good. Particularly good location, 15 minutes' walk to Funland Hayling Island. A very comfy restaurant with great food. Honestly no complaints whatsoever.  

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a pleasant atmosphere. the hotel location provided easy access to nearby attractions and 

The location was unbeatable for South Hayling, so close to a beautiful manor house, the restaurant and the island for a family funeral. We had lunch in Kebab Pizza Planet, located nearby.

A very comfy restaurant for breakfast is available.
